I had a great experience! I’m very glad I got their Advertisement Coupon in my mail! Not only was the business a 4 minute drive away from my house, everyone was so helpful, the optometrist was so incredibly kind & Fadi, the employee who dealt with my transaction, was so helpful, kind & patient! He never pressured me to spend more money & with their amazing deals they have going on right know I was able to get my eyes tested, 1 pair of Prada glasses that were 569.00$ & a pair of Gucci sunglasses for 562.00$ plus prescription lenses on both & I paid UNDER 1,000.00$! thats amazing! & he told me that I could only pay half if I wanted to until my glasses were ready to be picked up then pay the rest! Which is a HUGE help financially! I am so happy I found this place & would 1000% recommend it! The only small complaint I have was that I was a bit late to my appointment & the woman working there was very rude & said the doctor can’t take me (even though I was his last patient & it was 3:30PM) another male employee kindly stepped in & told her to go ask the optometrist first before she just denies me..& he was more than happy to take me! She was still quite cold while she was doing the exam before seeing the doctor & cut me off when I was trying to ask her something & rudely said “we’ll talk about it after the doctor is in a rush” which he wasn’t at all..he took his time with me, we had a nice conversation. She became nice to me once I was looking at brand name glasses & always said the more expensive ones looked good on me even though I told her I didn’t like them on me..I just didn’t appreciate how she was so quick to turn me away without asking the doctor first & how she only approached me & started being “kind” when I was looking at the luxury eyewear section. That’s just my opinion on that certain situation. Other than that, amazing experience & very happy! I can’t wait to pick up my new glasses!!

Recently bought two pairs of eyeglasses….one for distant and the second for reading and working on the computer. Although the cost of the glasses for distance was expensive I am happy with them. The reading glasses are excellent and did not cost a lot. The optometrist Dr. St. Pierre who served me was excellent and very thorough. The sales rep (Fadi) was also excellent. I was very satisfied with the client service and eyeglasses product I received. Would gladly recommend the Optical Center.

The selection and pricing is spot on as is the ambiance of the entire store. The staff is always cordial and extremely well groomed. Calls and enquiries are answered with class and expertise.
