I am incredibly grateful to the team at Optical Center for their outstanding service and genuine care for my well-being.

I had been wearing glasses with the same lens power for over a decade, even though my eyes have a slight prescription difference (+1.5 / +1.25). When I ordered new glasses with the correct, different powers, I experienced significant discomfort and was unable to adapt to them.

Instead of simply turning me away, the team went above and beyond. They listened patiently to my concerns, conducted a thorough optometric test, and I even had a consultation with their ophthalmologist to discuss the issue in detail. Understanding my unique situation and long-term adaptation, they made the decision to remake both pairs of my glasses with identical lenses, free of charge.

This was not a simple exchange; it was a demonstration of true customer care. They prioritized my comfort and health over strict policy, showing flexibility and a deep understanding that every patient's needs are individual.

Great experience. The shop has a good selection and the lady that was helping me was very patient and knowledgable. Got 2 pair of glasses and one sunglasses. It was ready to collect within a few days and again came back for collection being greeting by a very friendly and helpful team!

Have been needing an eye test for a while and luckily walked in was seated immediately and the ladies who helped me were great! Managed to get an eye test on walk in and it was a very lovely, engaging and pleasant experience. Definitely recommend as the pricing of the goods and services are definitely value for money!
