Amazing customer service
Thander went above and beyond to help my son out with his frames that needed replacing. We needed to use his lenses, as we were on a very tight time frame. Thander and her colleague went out of their way to meticulously check every frame in the store to find a frame that would fit.
Thank you so much for your consideration and help and turning this around in super quick time. We will be back and highly recommend to anyone

Amazing store with lovely staff and professional customer service. I have bought a couple of pairs of glasses and they’re top quality. I also brought a pair of glasses that needed a couple screws in the frame to secure the lens and they repaired it free of charge both times. Should of asked the staff for their name to commend them on the review

I was helped by Thander & Paneche in the Harlow store. They were extremely helpful, gave excellent advice, explained all the options available and made sure I was happy with my choice of glasses. A special mention to Thander who really help me choice the right frames for me. Would definitely recommend Opticlal Centre for glasses.

I had an amazing experience with Optical Centre in Harlow. All the staff were super attentive and could not do enough for me, down to offering drinks whilst we waited as well as helping me pick my new frames and giving me the best deal possible for 2 pairs of glasses.

Nabeel (the optometrist) talked me through every step of my eye test and the purpose of each step. As well as giving me guidance on shaving down the lens and what would suit my personal needs given my computer based job. He was great and the whole eye test itself was a really comfortable experience.

Would massively recommend, they honestly can’t do enough for you.

What lovely staff! I went in there today with 2 pairs of glasses one that had lost a screw and the others that needed tightening happy to pay for the service. The lovely lady Oana wouldn't hear of it and did it for free! How refreshing, customer care at it's finest, and I will certainly be going there for my next pair of glasses.
