Really professional friendly service

I was very pleased with the service I received at the Milton Keynes store. Harry, the optical assistant looked after me and without prompting selected the perfect frames for me. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Sara, the optician was also friendly and professional and answered all my questions. The store is well laid out and has a good selection of frames. I felt relaxed and under no pressure. The prices were not cheap but represented excellent value for money. Altogether a pleasing experience and highly recommended.

First visit to the Optical Center in MK today for a routine eye test & my experience was brilliant. The staff were so welcoming and chatty, the store is immaculate and the interior is really modern and lovely. The optician was really knowledgeable and explained every step of the eye testing process to me, and the equipment they were using was really impressive. He really took his time to explain to me my results and after-care to help me keep my eye health at its best. Thank you so much, definitely the best eye test experience I've had.

After many years I finally had an eye test and there is no better place than the Optical Center. Malik Adam the optometrist was very professional, knowledgeable and competent and put my mind at rest over the concerns I had for my sight. Once the test was completed I was guided to a perfect pair of glasses by Harry the optical assistant who had excellent customer service skills and good taste, selecting glasses which were suitable to my face and fashionable. I also fitted in an audio test; the audiologist like her colleagues was professional, friendly and highly skilled. I'll not hesitate to return for future appointments.

My mother and I both had an eye exam here today, and we were both treated so well from start to finish and made to feel at ease especially by Harry! My children were also made to feel significant too, (very rare these days)! And Adam was a wonderful optometrist! Will defiantly be returning! Thank you.
